Human Resources Officer- Graduate Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our rapidly growing business, and dynamic Human Resources team, based in Head Office at Eastern Creek.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Administration of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Advising on HR policies, procedures, legislation, and awards
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
- Supporting managers on people management and disciplinary matters
- Process weekly payroll when required
- Contribute to adhoc projects

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline

**Attributes**:

- Confident with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, organised, pro-active and efficient
- Capable of engaging with all levels of the organisation
- Eager - someone who wants to learn and grow
- A team player - collaborative with colleagues
- Displaying Initiative, drive, and a can-do attitude
