The People Function Team at Allianz Technology is shaping our organization to be ‘the place of IT’ for our people and facilitating our organization’s mission to be the Partner of Choice for IT.

**About the Role**

Working closely with the Australian Country leader and the Regional Head of HR, you will be responsible for driving the People Function for Allianz Technology Australia, defining the local People Strategy in alignment with our Global standards, and ensuring a smooth employee experience along the entire people cycle.

**Other key aspects of the role**
- Partner closely with local and global Rewards & Performance/People Centres of Expertise to define the local talent and rewards strategy.
- Drive the Allianz Technology group talent management and performance management strategy in Australia
- Support business transformation projects by taking the lead in terms of People topics and ensuring that the local HR resources are deployed appropriately.
- Work closely with the Regional Head of HR to refine the HR operating model for Australia, ensuring compliance with People processes and guidelines, as well as the quality, efficiency and fit to business needs of HR processes.
- Contribute to Regional/Global HR projects and initiatives
- Analyse current and future talent needs, working closely with Strategic Workforce Planning to define and implement a workforce strategy plan that supports business objectives.

**About You**
- Solid HR Management experience in the technology industry particularly around leading and participating in HR & organisational transformations
- Experience working with C-suit leadership and ability to manage relationships at that level with assertiveness and proactiveness.
- Strong business and financial acumen with a good understanding of the entire HR value chain.
- Experience working in a complex multinational matrix environment
