**Job description**:
**Our client, Australasia’s largest dental support organisation, is looking for a talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Clinical Recruitment Team on a full-time permanent basis, in their South Brisbane office.**

**As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with the practice network and recruit dentists to practice across their clinic network throughout Australia.**

**A snapshot of what you will be doing**:

- Identify and execute various sourcing techniques
- Negotiate terms of business
- Assist the legal team with acquisition briefs
- Research local markets
- Develop a network of contacts within the dental market to enable our client to attract dentists into their clinical network
- Build partnerships with associations, Universities, and other industry groups to extend your network in collaboration with the Recruitment Team
- Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing and sales strategies
- Provide the business with market intelligence, hiring practices, salary information, and market-specific industry trends
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience building effective business relationships across varies stakeholder groups and levels
- Highly driven and motivated with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in the dental industry or healthcare sector - sales, dentistry, products
- High level relationship building skills with all stakeholders and industry professionals - dentist network
- Some knowledge of Dental software platforms, products, and services
