Join Great Beginnings Gymea in a unique role that combines the responsibilities of an **Assistant Centre Manager** and a Lead Educator. In this position, you'll primarily act as a Lead Educator while also supporting the Centre Manager in overseeing our 36-place service. We're looking for a committed individual who is eager to foster an exceptional learning environment for our children, while being able to step into the leadership role. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

**About Us**

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 36 children with operating hours between 7:30am-6pm

**About You**
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
