**The Company**
With a global presence and international offices, this business has continued to grow and established themselves as a key player within the wealth management sector. A multi-award-winning firm, they continue to look at innovative solutions and grow their market presence, and are now looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team.

**The Role**
The Compliance Manager will be working closely with an excellent Head of Legal & Compliance and will take responsibility for a broad range of line 2 compliance activities to support the regulatory compliance management and framework of the Australian business. Key duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Regular Compliance Framework reviews and implementing suggested improvements.
- Providing assurance to senior stakeholders and boards around key compliance topics
- Conducting 2nd line compliance monitoring related to the AFSL and ACL management
- Providing Co-Sec support for board meetings
- Reviewing and updating relevant compliance policies and procedures
- Ad hoc duties as required.

**Your Profile**

***
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Accounting, Business, Finance or related).
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a regulatory compliance focused role.
- Experience in the Australian Financial Services sector (banking, insurance, wealth management etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
