**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Administrator to join our Planning team within our Brisbane office and become an integral part of our close-knit, high performing and collaborative team. 
You have right combination of talent, energy, and a commitment to excellence, to provide high quality support to the QLD Regional Director, QLD Planning Directors and Planning team. Have the ability to deliver outstanding secretarial, word processing and administrative support, achieved through exceptional personal organisation, attention to detail and time management. You will also play a significant role in the support of Urbis' practice management system, BST.

**You will**:

- Provide secretarial support to Planning Directors, including managing calendars, meetings, events, and other arrangements as required.
- Coordinate and manage events team meetings and business development activities.
- Provide a high level of technical support on all Microsoft Office Suite, Urbis Practice Management System (BST) and expense management systems.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Planning team including travel arrangements, document preparation, project support and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist Commercial Manager and Business Unit Manager in driving commercial actions and outcomes for the Business Unit.

**About you**:
This position would suit someone who has experience in a similar role, supporting several leaders with a combination of the following competencies:

- Intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, Word & PowerPoint.
- Being proactive with excellent attention to detail and lateral thinking is a must in this key position for the team.
- Ability to lead, coach and advise others on best practice in relation to company systems and processes.
- Able to work in a decisive manner and handle competing demands and projects with a calm and measured approach.
