**About the role**

This role is designed for someone passionate about content creation You will be reporting to the Brand, Marketing and Contact Lead both assisting with and responsible for researching topics, creating style guides and writing content that help drive conversions based on Company goals.

As a digital content producer, your primary responsibilities are to create and manage digital content for various online platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, and other digital channels. Your primary goal is to engage and retain audience attention, increase traffic, and build iHR Australia’s brand. Occasionally you will need to create non-digital content as well.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
- Design, produce, review and implement digital design/content/promotion materials and marketing campaigns on various platforms, and track and monitor the performance of campaigns.
- Critically discussing daily workplace news topics with key stakeholders to determine avenues to share internally and externally.
- Writing advertisements and other copy material required for proposals, press, radio and other media for stakeholder use.
- Assist in building data standards and process documentation.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications (or similar)
- Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels.
- Previous experience with a CRM (or similar tools).
- Fluent proficiency in English - spoken and written.
- A passion for delivering a quality customer service to our clients.
- Consideration of time management to achieve outcomes.
- Initiative to identify better and more efficient ways of working.
