**Position Summary**:
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic talent team based on site 5 days a week. The successful individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and contribute to the hiring processes. We are looking for someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment who is comfortable prioritizing tasks and managing their time effectively.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **End to end recruitment**: take ownership for the entirety of the recruitment process for a verity of different positions
- **Relationship development**: foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- **Company reputation**: play a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting the esteemed reputation of out client
- **Communicate with management**:building an understanding of the needs of managers to tailor staffing needs

**Skills and experience**:

- 2 + years of experience in high volume recruitment
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage and prioritize tasks independently
- Work across divisions in a team based environment
- Understanding of Australian employment laws
