**Loadout Coordinator - Exciting Opportunity in Brooklyn**

TRS Resourcing is currently seeking a skilled Loadout Coordinator for our esteemed production client in Brooklyn. This Full-Time role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 + Super. As the Loadout Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch of finished products, including coordinating truck deliveries for domestic shipments and container arrangements for international deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and liaise with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure timely dispatch of allocated stock for delivery
- Record, monitor, and log stock movements out of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate inventory levels
- Ensure all stock receives the correct labels prior to dispatch
- Prepare and send invoices for deliveries

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with WMS
- Previous experience in dispatch/loadout roles
- Prior experience in stock allocation is advantageous
- Good communication skills are essential
- Correct rights to work in Australia
