**Your new company**
This South Australian organisation are on a growth trajectory and plan to double the business and disrupt the market. With growth planned for all digital platforms, they are seeking an experienced individual to lead the business from a strategic, operational and people focused perspective.

**Your new role**
As an outcome focused individual, you will be responsible for delivering key programs of work, leading a team of technology professionals, developing the technology strategy to align with business growth and oversee the business operations. This position will have responsibilities across all operations, projects and strategy.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience leading technology teams
- High Emotional Intelligence
- Be a critical growth enabler within the business
- Knowledge and experience in technology operations, strategy, and projects
- People Leadership
