About the role
We are recruiting Hospital Medical Officers (Year 3) - Surgical Stream - for August 2023 commencement.
HMO3 Surgical Stream positions are suitable for doctors pursuing a career in Surgery.
Rotations may include Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, General Surgery (rural and outer metropolitan), ENT, Urology and Intensive Care. All appointees will undertake a night’s/relieving term.

Current registration with AHPRA
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
