**About School and Region Reviews**:
School and Region Reviews (SRR) supports continuous improvement in Queensland early childhood services, state schools and education centres providing leadership and oversight for the program of school and emerging system and place-based reviews.

**Your Role**:
**As the Principal Program Officer you will**:

- Lead and manage the project planning, coordination and monitoring processes for key projects and activities to ensure the strategic aims and objectives of the Branch are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and internal stakeholders to enhance implementation of significant activities.
- Provide clear and regular reporting to senior officers and staff to inform and support project progress and implementation.
- Assist in the implementation of the management of governance, planning, risk management and review processes of the Branch.

**About You**:

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with others in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in program/project management, governance and risk management
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly establish and sustain positive partnerships and relationships
- Confidence in providing accurate advice and support to colleagues and senior executives.
