Total Tools **Marsden Park** is looking for a Full-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This role is responsible for reviewing AP/AR ledger accounts, maintaining updated records of invoices, and providing relevant administrative office support to ensure smooth operations.

What will you be doing?
- Ensuring all invoices are matched against Purchase Orders and entered in the system for processing in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining Supplier/Debtors accountsReconciliation of supplier/debtor statements as required.
- Processing supplier credit/adjustment notes
- Processing debtor debit/adjustment notes
- Proactively contribute to improving the invoicing process
- Ensure all relevant AP/AR documentation is stored in line with Company policy.
- Assist with any other tasks as required.
- Bank Reconciliation
