We are now seeking applicants to join our Finance team as a Branch Administrator supporting the Allied Moving Services network. This opportunity is a critical role that provides remote support to the ongoing success of each of our branch operations.

**Work from flexibility**: This is a full time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm role that offers work from home flexibility upon completion of onsite training which is approx. 4-6 weeks. This role is located in Richlands, QLD.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the main purpose of this role is to provide administrative and financial support of Allied branch activities and contributing to its financial and procedural compliance success.
Daily/Weekly
- To regularly monitor Removal Plans ensure accruals are in place. Prompt and follow-up action when required.
- Process credit adjustment notes.
- Process creditor invoices relating to the Branch in a timely manner, ensuring that all invoices are authorized.
- Ensure invoicing and collection of cash accounts are processed in a timely manner.
- To ensure the cash handling process in the branch is followed.

Fortnightly/Monthly
- Monitor the financial performance of the branch, assist with analysis of profit & loss
- Ensure that month-end requirements are completed according to the finance timetable
- Ensure all PO books are held securely and orders are raised and authorized according to Company policy requirements
- Process Owner Driver payments according to the Branch timetable and ensure all the supporting documents are properly authorized and deductions are correctly made.

Ad-Hoc/As Required
- Assist with workers’ compensation claims ensuring they handled promptly and efficiently, with monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
- To ensure weekly and other management reports are produced in a timely manner.
- To perform any other administration tasks as seen necessary by managing staff.
- Maintain local, Authorized signatory lists and new creditor maintenance inputs.
- Carry out and complete internal audits as required.
- In the event of a default Storage client/account issues, liaise with A/c receivable and Storage Coordinators to affect our Contractual Lien’s Act requirements.

Who are we looking for?
This role will be suited to an individual with previous experience in financial administration with bookkeeping experience being highly advantageous. This role does require moderate computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft programs.
