**About the Role**:
In this exciting role as a Production Supervisor-Packaging, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations and ensuring the flawless execution of production activities. You will have the opportunity to work in a world-class manufacturing facility, collaborating with a team of dedicated individuals to produce life-changing medical devices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of production operators to achieve production targets and meet quality standards
- Monitor production processes and implement necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production priorities and successfully implement production plans
- Continuously improve production processes by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing appropriate solutions
- Train and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and contribute to their professional growth
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive individual and team success
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in the medical device industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding production environment
