We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Eligibility and Disputes Specialist who wants to develop a career in this field.

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, guidance and coaching to a team of Eligibility Specialists, whilst also guiding, advising and assisting employers, employer representatives and other stakeholders with any technical assistance and/or advice they may require.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To deal with claims of a complex nature and act as a technical reference point for Eligibility Specialists.
- Provide specialist technical assistance, coaching and mentoring to Eligibility Specialists.
- Guide, advise and assist employers, employer representatives and other stakeholders who require specialist technical assistance.
- Undertake adverse decision quality reviews and endorsements for Eligibility Specialists.
- To collaborate with the disputes team with strategy considerations if required.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all parties.
- Participate in Worksafe forums when required.

**Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor of Law Degree and/or Industry Specific Qualification will be held in high regard.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in claims management having reached the level of Technical Manager or equivalent or relevant experience as a law clerk or paralegal in the statutory Workers Compensation field.
- Knowledge of relevant precedents and case law.
