Electromagnetic Warfare & Intelligence Systems Joint and Air Systems Program Office (EWIS J&A SPO) located at the RAAF base is seeking highly motivated and Integrated Logistics Support Officer to provide a range of logístical functions with tasks including:

- Analyse, determine and write functional requirements (technical) for vendor scope of work
- Allocate work, resources and tasks and set work area priorities to meet work area outcomes
- Develop materiel logistics strategies and plans for information, communications, quality and resources that support the objectives of an acquisition project or activity
- Document engineering decisions and maintain configuration baseline documentation in accordance with Engineering Management System
- Contribute to the development of materiel logistics strategies and plans for information, communications, quality and resources that support the objectives of an acquisition project or activity
- Implement processes and procedures to support the acquisition and sustainment of equipment in accordance with Defence requirements
- Coordinate the provision of advice and guidance to others on complex materiel logistics activities and tasks
- Review and advise on materiel logistics performance within an acquisition project or activity
- Liaise and maintain productive relationships with internal and external materiel logistics stakeholders
- Communicate materiel logistics requirements through detailed written documents and oral presentations for higher delegate consideration
- Adapt and adjust materiel logistics activities to ensure alignment with project objectives

**About our Team**
The EWIS J&A SPO undertakes the acquisition and through-life-support of assigned Joint and Air Electronic Warfare Capabilities used by the Australian Defence Force. It delivers countermeasures development and validation services and supports a number of projects being delivered to the Intelligence and Security Group.

Perform and achieve complex material logistics work within an integrated workforce. You will be organised and be able to make independent decisions.

Ability to interpret and provide advice within the Materiel Logistics function based on legislation, policy and procedures. You will undertake specialist research and analysis, conduct reviews, assessment and perform procedural and clerical work to achieve results.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to collaborate with Australian Defence staff and industry with clarity and influence. You will contribute to a culture and practice of sharing and cooperation working in a diverse team to deliver timely, relevant, and impactful outcomes.
