**To support our continual growth, we are searching for several Mechanical Supervisors to join our Site Services team. These full-time positions will be a FIFO role from Perth.**

MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication. Our suite of products covers mineral processing and bulk materials handling equipment along with other specialty products. At MINPROVISE our vision is to provide innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.

**About the opportunity**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Attend meetings with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure the objectives of the shutdown works are understood and compliance to the contract is achieved
- Supervise daily activities of your team during shutdown and project works, this includes walking your team through the tasks set out for them, help them to set up for a productive safe shift, ensure that all the relevant technical/safety information is available to the team, safety audits during the task
- Time management and adherence to schedules
- Ensure all of Minprovise and client Safe Systems of Work are complied with, to ensure a Safe Place of Work is established and maintained
- Take accountability for your work and complete tasks to a high standard
- Initiative during engagement, ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved
- Utilise your well developed problem-solving skills

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years’ proven experience in Supervision
- 5+ years’ post trade
- **RTIO Site exposure/remote work locations is advantageous**:

- Demonstrated experience with fixed plant processing equipment in particular:

- o Crushers - cone, jaw, and Gyros
- o Scrubbers and mills
- o Pumps, valves and pipe work
- o Filter belts
- o Apron feeders
- Ability to read, interpret and review drawings
- Ability to find information in manuals and work instructions and put into practice in the field
- Ability to work under pressure
- Safety focused for your own and the safety of others
- Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets
- **Section 44 Certificate is required**
