What does the job look like?

The Pallet Administrator is responsible to effectively control and record the transition of pallets across multiple sites, with a view to reducing pallet hire costs whilst eliminating pallet losses. You will be required to ensure that all operational staff are following correct operational procedures for pallet accountability. This role can be based in West Melbourne or Sydney and will be 7am
- 3pm shift. Key areas:

- Accurately record pallet documentation into the 2IC Software Program
- Cross checking of consignment notes and POD’s against Pallet documentation.
- Assisting to complete and maintain reconciliations of accounts and report variations for review and resolution.
- Establishing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with key management and staff
- Answer all incoming administration enquires regarding Pallets in a timely and polite manner.

Are you the one?

You are customer focused, have a high attention to detail and can thrive working within a fast-paced environment. You can demonstrate:

- Previous experience within transport and/or logistics as a Pallet Controller/Administrator.
- Have an understanding of pallet terminology, processes and have pallet reconciliation skills.
- Knowledge of pallet control software - 2IC is essential and knowledge of Excel and SAP would be preferable.
- Can take a proactive approach to customer relationship management and represent Linfox in the highest professional and ethical manner.
- Can establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with key management and staff.
