Experience working in a high volume cocktail bar.
Strong grasp of the English Language.
Assisting with oversight of the current cocktail menu;\
- Understanding ratios and prebatching house cocktails according to spec.
- Preparing any garnishes or syrups required for current cocktail menu.
- Understanding trends and seasonal changes for new cocktails.
- Creativity for cocktail specials.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Bartending: 2 years (required)
