**Requirements**:
**What you will bring**
- Proven experience working in an IT operations or service delivery leadership role within a complex organisation that utilises a hybrid mix of technologies and partnership models
- Experience in infrastructure solution design and operations such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Cloud (Azure), virtual machine management (Hyper-V, ESXi), SD-WAN and other cloud-based services (Web Proxy, Private Access, Security etc)
- Experience with IT service manage processes and systems (Incident, problem, Change, Request etc)
- Ability to balance competing customer, business, and technical demands to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved on time and to expected standards

**What you will be doing**
- Manage the operational availability, integrity, and security of infrastructure, through technical oversight of day-to-day operations and hands-on support of core technologies (if required)
- Pro-actively build and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of IT and business stakeholders
- Work with the iServices leadership team to establish an infrastructure roadmap that supports the future technology direction
- Manage capacity planning and reporting of infrastructure to support sustainable management of the infrastructure
- Lead team collaboration, knowledge sharing and communication across the technical teams infrastructure, through technical oversight of day-to-day operations
- Operational management of relevant vendors, including providers of cyber security services and vendors providing services
