**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Cyber Security & Risk team within Group Tech. The purpose of a technical delivery lead is to oversee and manage the technical aspects of delivering a project orsolution. This includes leading the technical team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, managing technical risks, providing technical expertise and guidance, and ensuring compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.

The technicaldelivery lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project or solution, in partnership with the Program Manager. The tech delivery lead will also have significant input into defining and delivering the IAM strategy.

- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, adept in both technical and business language.
- Ability to cut through complexity and think creatively at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Proven capability to swiftly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflicts, deliver tough messages with grace, and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
- Knowledge in an Agile environment or working with Agile teams/release trains.
