- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, provide technical support, and implement solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and basic understanding of network hardware and infrastructure.
