**Business Development Manager**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a reputable business lending company.

Our client is passionate about delivering fuss-free and transparent lending to SME’s. As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating new business and fostering existing relationships.

**Day to Day, You Will**
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential sales and broker channel opportunities in specific business segments
- Support strategic discussions by gathering valuable content and conducting competitive analysis, providing insights and re-seller opportunities to the Head of Sales & Head of Third Party
- Maintain regular communication with both new and existing potential relationships, ensure a strong and consistent presence
- Independently build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through broker relationships to achieve sales goals
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospective broker aggregator groups to understand their specific business requirements

**Who Are You?**
- Minimum 3 years of experience specialising in the finance market, ideally with existing broker relationships and contacts
- Proven track record of success in consultative sales, showcasing your ability to understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with B2B product sales, demonstrating your understanding of the unique dynamics of selling to businesses
- Strong analytical and communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship building, with a talent for fostering long-terms connections with clients and partners
- Exceptional lead management and reporting skills to ensure accurate tracking and evaluation of sales performance
- Unquestionable integrity
- Professional appearance and demeanour, reflecting your commitment to representing the company with excellence
- Excellent time and project management skills, allowing you to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Adept at active listening and skilled in presenting appropriate solutions that align with clients’ needs
- Confidence in reaching out to high-level decision makers, establishing face-to-face meetings to drive business opportunities
