**The Gig**

With an exciting Infrastructure projects currently in flight, a role has become available for a proactive, highly organised and clear-thinking Travel Coordinator/Administrator to join a busy and diverse team as part of the business HQ

You will play a key organisational role to assist and support employee travel requirements across the business as they are deployed on major Infrastructure projects both offshore and across Australia

Based in Brisbane, and reporting to the deputy PM, you will work collaboratively with the project team to mobilise employees across the country, and offshore by being their first point of contact for all travel requests and queries You will ply your trade to ensure service excellence, guaranteeing all travel related compliance and support is of exceptional quality

**You will be trusted with**:

- Acting as first point of contact to staff, the project office, and key stakeholders regarding all travel queries and requirements
- Leading all travel related compliance, ensuring all records, documents and travel details are up to date, correct, and easily accessible
- Book flight, accommodation and transportation that best suits the work/employee/project need and designated budget
- Manage all travel bookings as required including international and domestic flights, accommodation, and car hire as required
- Coordinating with travellers to provide the right travel-related information, altering travel plans and packages, as needed
- Ensure that all travellers have required documentation completed and necessary equipment and tools for travel
- Support and assist with the successful mobilisation of new employees to site, and the transfer of existing employees between projects if required
- Identify, facilitate and manage and finalise visa requirements

You are self-motivated, highly organised, multitasker, who enjoys getting right into the detail when balancing competing demands Joining a fast-growing project team, you will have the ability to manage and challenge their processes, while bringing all round increased efficiency in collaboration with your new team

**Essentials are**:

- Previous travel coordination experience
- Demonstrated experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment
- Mining/infrastructure/construction experience is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional Attention to detail and initiative
- Ability to plan and effectively prioritise work tasks to meet deadlines
