Reserve Bank of Australia is looking for a Bank Officer for our Canberra Branch. Working as part of a small team you will respond to a range of customer enquiries and perform a variety of administrative duties.

In this role you will provide frontline support of the RBA’s Online Banking Service and other banking services provided to the Bank's customers, including electronic and paper-based banking products and services. You will be responsible for reconciling both internal administrative accounts and accounts operated by customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service and processing of daily transactions.- Assisting with the Help Desk support of the RBA’s Online banking service.- Maintenance of internal and customer accounts.- Daily reconciliation processes and reporting.- Assisting with the provision of counter and telling services.- Administrative duties including records management as required.

Skills and Experience- An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders with good written and verbal communication skills.- The ability to manage competing deadlines using excellent organisational skills.- You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with advanced MS Office skills.- Previous customer service is desirable but not essential.Your team
