**About the role**

The Ward Clerk - CNARTS is accountable to the Administrative Manager - CNARTS through the Administration Coordinator - CNARTS, liaising closely with the Clinical Services Co-ordinator of the RAH In-Centre Dialysis Unit for the provision of a comprehensive, efficient medical secretarial and reception service for the CNARTS, Dialysis and Day Centre clinical areas. Duties include providing a reception service, undertaking telephone bookings, advising patients on follow-up appointments and other arrangements, ongoing maintenance and preparation of case records including the follow-up and filing of missing pathology reports, other medical data and assist in the effective care of patients, and administration of CNARTS and CALHN.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
