**Contribute to meaningful mental health care experiences for vulnerable persons in Southern Adelaide.**

Margaret Tobin Centre (MTC) is a 38 bed inpatient mental health facility within Flinders Medical Centre which works closely with other service providers to provide a patient-centred approach to care for vulnerable persons. Further information about the Margaret Tobin Centre can be found here.

**About the Role**:
As a **Ward Clerk,** your **responsibilities** will include:

- Providing effective and efficient secretarial and clerical support to multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintaining client records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Answering telephone and counter inquiries from consumers, staff, and the public.
- Working closely with electronic medical record systems, including EMR/Sunrise and mental health system CBIS.
- Demonstrating compassion and resilience while working in challenging mental health environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under limited supervision and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Compassion and empathy to work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Flexibility in working hours and a commitment to the team's success.
- Availability for the following shifts:

- Monday - Friday 4.00pm to 8.00pm
- Weekends and Public Holidays 10.00am to 4.00pm
