**The Role**
As an RTO Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day training administration tasks for the Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This role is a high-level administrative role from running reports, assist with updating training packages, ensuring training is compliant and more.

This is a Full-time permanent role, located at any Depot, NSW.

(Western Sydney, Newcastle, Orange, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga, Yass)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with updating training packages and ensuring compliance
- Coordinate RTO Training, scheduling and course logistics
- Prepare and submit reports to ASQA
- Produce and submit AVETMISS reports
- Act as the Secretary for the RTO meetings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Monitor and manage training and assessment records, submissions and maintain quality assurance
- Support employees to keep their training records up to date in the learning management system
- Four years of RTO Administration experience, preferably in the Energy Sector.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain)
- Experience generating AVETMISS reports for submission
- Experience with a Student Management System (essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
