**Your team**:
The RBS Controls Office is a trusted partner, leading best practice for regulatory and risk initiatives across RBS to drive risk maturity and customer outcomes.

**Your Role**:
As Personal Assistant you will work in partnership and provide support to the **Chapter Area Lead, Change Risk **and **Chapter Area Lead, Risk Fundamentals** in the **RBS Chief Controls Office.** You will play a pivotal role not just for the Chapter Area Leads but for the broader team, helping to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:

- Diary and inbox management for the Chapter Area Leads - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of time
- Coordinating internal meetings with senior stakeholders - including liaising with other PAs and arranging meeting room bookings
- Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required)
- Support and drive the organisation's & the Chapter Area Lead's objectives, goals and KPIs
- Participation in meetings - coordinating agendas, minutes, actions and tracking
- Coordinating domestic travel arrangements, and processing expenses
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
- Access and analyse reports from various systems
- Manage procurement processes, while being budget conscious

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Previous Personal/Team Assistant experience with the ability to be tech savvy and pick up new systems with ease
- The ability to manage workflow and conflicting priorities, work well under pressure and be solution focused
- Self-motivation, a pro-active style with exceptional attention to detail whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to build stakeholder relationships with ease
