**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quality assurance checks on Retail Branch Network originated customer profiles
- Prepare monthly reporting to the Retail Network Leadership Team to identify customer profiles that need to be remediated and provide insights into recurring problems
- Fulfil relevant reporting obligations as required.
- Liaise with internal departments to improve capability, processes and controls to reduce errors
- Support with any/all activities related to the fulfilment of the AML obligations for the retail bank
- All other duties as directed

**About you**
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Banking or Finance
- Team player with a strong work ethic and customer focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information in line with internal policies
- Ability to maintain call quality standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work within defined policies and procedures
- Ability to multi-skill and remain open-minded, agile and flexible in a dynamic environment
- Highly adaptable with a willingness to respond to the changing needs of the business, its customers and its people
- Ability to assist with ad hoc AML/KYC tasks
- High degree of detail orientation
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
