**Position Summary**
Nespresso currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Demand and Supply Planning Manager to manage the Nespresso portfolio for the Australian market based in our fast-paced North Sydney Head Office. You will be responsible for delivering solutions to ensure availability in the tactical horizon, playing a lead role in Sales & Operations Planning meetings, contributing to cost optimisation initiatives, as well as guiding the business on end-to-end Demand and Supply, New Product and Sourcing strategies.

**A day in the life**
As a part of Demand and Supply Planning Leadership team you will lead strategic direction and execution with functional excellence to ensure that finished goods are available, meet Customer demand at the right stock location and with high Freshness, whilst minimizing Cost. We are an aligned, agile, and adaptable organization that is committed to delivering results, not only within supply chain, but also in support of overall business priorities.

**The key responsibilities of this role are**:

- Managing and maintaining a skilled, motivated team of Demand and Supply planners to continuously improve the quality of the demand and supply plans and the efficiency with which they are produced, so previous team leadership is essential
- Ensuring continuous alignment with Business priorities, initiatives and activities and the delivery of performance to agreed KPI levels
- Developing strong internal relationships as well as cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Commercial, Finance & Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of standard and promotional activities
- Manage the relationship with Nespresso Headquarters, Nespresso Machine Partners and direct suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective replenishment
- Defining key performance indicators, monitor and benchmark performance with similar Nespresso Markets or Nestlé counterparts
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Demand and Supply Planning
- Minimum 2-3 years people management experience. Strong leadership capability with innovative mindset to strive for continuous improvements
- Degree-qualified with solid planning experience, ideally within the B2C space
- Broad Supply Chain knowledge
- Commercial acumen and ability to successfully lead or participate in cross functional projects
- You will already have what it takes to engage people at all levels with great communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management, with good influencing and interpersonal skills
- The right person must be proactive, a natural problem solver and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues
- Advanced Excel skills.
