Excellent opportunity for a mid tier National Construction and engineering company seeking an experienced Office Manager for an 8 week temporary assignment commencing late May 2023. (A two week handover will be provided).

Due to the success of the business an opportunity is available for an experienced office manager to support the WA, Director and the coordination of the office.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Assist the EA as required with overall administration issues regarding the day to day operations of the office
- Responsible for general office coordination and ensure the induction and integration of new team members
- Always seek to maintain ongoing, positive working relationships with all staff and senior management
- Provide continuous improvement in efficient ways ensuring all orders are completed correctly, collate delivery dockets, check invoices against orders
- Maintenance of the document management and filing systems
- Maintain timekeeping data and statistics i.e. leave records and related information
- Co-ordinate flights and/or accommodation
- Provide orientation and assistance and administrate induction of new site Office Administration staff via the online induction facilities
- Corporate credit card reconciliation each month
- Preparation of meetings, catering and presentation aids
- Maintain office Archive and Filing system

**Essential skills;**

Word, Excel and Outlook Intermediate level
Working knowledge of Vision and Workbench highly desirable
Ability to communication effectively at all levels
Confidentiality assured for all documentation

**Salary**: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
