**Specialist Analyst - System Improvements**

**About the role**

We are looking for 2 x Specialist Analyst - System Improvements to join our Improvements Team at the Operations Centre - near Perth airport. You’ll support the Quarterly Parameter Process and deliver overarching System Improvement insights. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a high level of attention to detail, demonstrated presentation and communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities in complex, dynamic and challenging situations. Supported by an experienced team, you will gain extensive knowledge about our complex operating system.

You’ll be part of a supportive team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work Monday-Friday, which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.

Reporting to the Senior Advisor - System Improvements, you will:

- Supporting end-to-end delivery and facilitation of the system wide Quarterly Parameter Process;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Developing tools to identify and articulate key system performance and opportunities for system improvement;
- Required to undertake irregular site travel as-required (Monthly/Quarterly)

- An aptitude to test and follow complex data flows.
- Highly skilled at Microsoft SQL, PowerBI and Excel
