**Role Overview**: As the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager at Osmoflo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental protection across our operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and management, to develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with Osmoflo's commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's HSE management systems and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and standards, ensuring that Osmoflo remains at the forefront of safety best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations, analysing root causes and driving the implementation of preventative measures.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into all phases of project development, execution, and delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure proper training and competency development in HSE matters for all employees.
- Foster a culture of safety awareness and environmental stewardship throughout the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in WHS and/or related field
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a managerial HSE role, preferably within the industrial or water treatment sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Experience in conducting HSE training and workshops is a plus.
