Osmoflo Water Management Pty Ltd is a leading Global designer, manufacturer, operator and maintainer of advanced water treatment systems working across different industries, markets and international locations.

We are seeking a positive, energetic and motivated HSE Advisor with the ‘right Osmoflo attitude’ - a ‘can do’ approach to support and deliver positive HSE outcomes for the business. This is a Permanent Full-Time vacancy based at our Burton location reporting to the QHSE Manager.

No day is ever the same in this fast-paced position; your daily challenges are only a drop in the ocean and would involve:

- Active provision of HSE support and advice to the various teams;
- Leading and coaching supervisors and workers in QHSE
- Participating or Leading Hazard identification, risk assessment and control activities
- Undertaking audits, assessments and Inspections (including interstate);
- Manage claims and injury management as the Return-to-Work Coordinator for Osmoflo;
- Assist in the development of HSE Management Plans for customers;
- Working with key stakeholders to develop and implement QHSE procedures;
- Maintaining the Incident & Injury Management system, Skytrust;
- Participating in, or leading incident investigations;
- Maintaining risk registers, chemical database (ChemWatch), and audit schedules

In addition to the ‘right Osmoflo attitude’, this hands-on HSE role will ideally have:

- Cert IV in WHS and Cert IV in TAE (desired)
- First Aid Certificate
- Incident investigation (ICAM or similar) skills
- Current Australian driver’s license
- An understanding of ISO45001 Health & Safety Management Systems
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position in similar industry (mining, manufacturing)
- A high attention to detail;
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
