**About the role**:
Are you seeking a challenging role where your Contractual expertise will be fully utilised, whilst still actually maintaining a work/life balance? This role offers just that Your expertise in managing large complex size contracts, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring exemplary customer service is required on a permanent basis to support a long term, major Water Corporation supply project in its planning and implementation phase, and thereafter in the operations and maintenance phase.

Keep abreast and ensure Water Corporations commercial acumen is maintained and feel rewarded for completing a high scale project.

**What the role will involve**:

- Implement specific compliance and assurance checks, audits, and investigations, managing agreements
- Participate in project and development meetings with relevant stakeholders to establish relationships
- Coordinate and work with Regional Management and stakeholders to develop protocols, plans and documentation required for operations and maintenance phase
- Ensure all contract deliverables are met and the Corporation is meeting its obligations under the contracts
- Update, review and provide recommendation on changes to the Working Protocols, Contract Management Plan, Governance, Assurance documentation and any associated documentation such as schedules, matrixes, and checklists
- Responsible for the management of the Working Protocol between internal stakeholders and with the customer to ensure services are delivered in compliance to the contract where penalties, disputes or complaints are avoided

**Key skills and experience**:

- Degree level qualification in Commerce or equivalent
- Substantial contract management experience in providing services to customers in a service environment
- Substantial experience and ability in communication, relationship management and key stakeholder influence
- Demonstrated excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly developed report writing and contract management skills
- Relevant experience in water treatment process and water quality principles desirable
