**About the client**

My client is one of Australia's leading Corporate Law firms located both here in Australia and internationally. With 2 large offices in Australia, the business is focussed on providing the highest levels of service to their clients while creating and fostering one of the best cultures for their staff that I have seen in a while.

**About the role**

You will join the Office and Client Services team in this role. This team are responsible to provide exceptional service to both internal executives and staff as well as external clients. Along with the second receptionist you will be part of the team who are responsible to be the first port of call for this firms valued clients, visitors and team in our Brisbane office

**Your responsibilities/tasks will include**:

- greeting clients in a warm and professional manner on arrival;
- answering calls promptly and managing the switchboard operation;
- managing meeting room bookings and servicing rooms;
- preparing coffees and other beverages;
- ordering catering and assisting with event setups when required;
- ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times;
- managing stock levels for executive and staff kitchens; and
- other administration duties as required

**About you**

You will have a warm and friendly personality with professional and polished communication as well as personal presentation. You will be technically savvy with experience using the Microsoft Office suite and while experience using a digital phone console would be highly regarded, it is not essential to apply.

You will be a team player and have the ability to manage the demands of a busy role including high levels of organisation and efficiency and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. You will have availability to cover a shift from 9:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and be flexible if needed.
