**The role**

As the focal point for master data requirements the

**Key responsibilities**- Act as key user/champion for asset management processes and main contact point for master data requirements- Maintain and routinely audit documentation and processes to ensure accuracy- Develop tools to check SAP EAM Master Data quality, and carry out periodic audits- Process SAP asset management master data change/creation requests- Undertake Asset Validation and Data Cleansing in preparation of S4 Hana implementation due in May 2025- Create/maintain/delete equipment maintenance strategies, task lists, maintenance plans and work instructions.- Support Asset Management by gathering and collating data used for asset data modelling and analysis

**Skills and experience**- A tertiary qualification and experience in business administration, project management, or a mechanical or electrical trade qualification in local jurisdiction- Three to five years in maintenance planning with SAP and EAM Master Data creation / change transactional processing experience- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with multiple groups of internal stakeholders- S/4HANA master data experience. (Highly desirable)- Experience in developing maintenance plans and work instructions from failure review processes, i.e. FMEA and RCM. (Desirable)- Experience and working knowledge of bulk data transfer tools like LSMW/LTMC.- Familiar with relevant legislative and statutory requirements with experience working to ISO55000- Experience in customer service.
