Client Service Operator

We are currently looking for an Office & Printing Assistant.
This is permanent full-time role, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll work both at your home site and at our clients’ sites.

The Bureau team (your new colleagues) is a group of fast-moving, methodical workers offering exceptional service to our clients, who are blue-chip organisations with very reputable names in the market. Their teams are professional, smart and friendly.
As the new Office & Printing Assistant (known internally as a Client Service Operator), you’ll be working mainly out of our site in Brisbane and then on-site at our clients’ sites as required (all CBD-based).
**Some of your tasks will include**:
- ensure our understanding of the clients’ instructions
- complete photocopying, printing, and scanning
- work efficiently and accurately with multiple deadlines
- juggle priorities and ensure our jobs are delivered on time
- booking couriers
- scanning critical documents
- provide general workplace support
**Who you are**
This an entry level role, so you’ll be trained in everything. What we want to see from you is:

Prior exposure to or experience in printing is definitely a bonus, but not a requirement.
