**What you’ll do**:

- Control company and project documentation
- Maintain and improve document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Manage, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of project managers and clients
- Produce document progress reports for senior managers
- Conduct regular reviews and document audits
- Assist project managers in the planning stages of a defined project
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion

**Qualifications**:

- At minimum, a diploma in a relevant field such as communications, secretarial and or operational management
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a relevant field such as but not limited to (Scheduling or Master Scheduling, Legal Secretaries, Executive or Personal Assistants, Project Coordinators, Office, or Organisational Management).
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills across Word, Excel and PowerPoint is highly desired. Exposure to Microsoft Project or SAP would be great but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders across all levels
- Meet deadlines and adhere to time management while prioritizing workloads.
