**Your Role**

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our newly formed internal Underwriting Agency business, Cylo.

This role will support the Cylo team through the delivery of smooth business processes, contributing to driving sustainable growth. You will ensure the Cylo team has adequate support to work efficiently, including administrative and operational support to the Finance & Operations Manager an broader Cylo management team.

You’ll be responsible for the set up new users and brokers on our new business platform, assisting end users with onboarding and access setup.

Working closely with the finance manager, you’ll provide assistance with collating of data and preparation of monthly reporting and you’ll support the wider team with management of the Cylo inboxes, responding to queries, undertaking general administration activities and attending meetings related to broker and market interactions.

This permanent full-time position offers a hybrid working, and with our offices located nationally you will have your choice for your base location Sydney or Melbourne.

**About You**
- Self-driven and motivated with excellent time management
- Effective in fostering positive relationships with peers, customers and business partners
- Ability to work within a small team and individually to achieve shared outcomes
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Foundation, curiosity or general interest in finance and insurance
