Our Customer Care Specialists are the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us on a broad range of everyday banking enquiries.

You'll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service.

You're empathetic and resilient. By walking in our customer's shoes you'll ask the right questions to understand what they really need and find them the best solutions. You'll do your very best to resolve all enquiries on the first call and you'll achieve this by communicating, listening and learning.

**Our shifts and training**

We offer an interactive and supportive training program that'll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one.

Training is a compulsory component and will be a mix of in person and virtual for the first 6 weeks.

**Training**:
**6 weeks training with a mix of in office and online training.**

**11:00am - 6:40pm Monday - Friday**

**Start date: 24th February, 2025.**

**Shift Schedules**:

- Sunday - Thursday: 12.39 pm to 9 pm AEDST
- Sunday - Thursday: 9 am to 5.21 pm AEDST
- Monday - Friday: 8 pm and 10 pm finishes AEDST

**Please note you must commit to this roster for 12 months.**

**Your development**

In addition to training, we offer an 18 month development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities. Our 4 tier development program will see you broaden your skills across multiple banking products to help enhance the customer experience, with remuneration increases for each tier you reach.

**Work from home with us**

These positions have been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated work area, and a connection to the internet, then leave the rest to us.

Our interactive "Hub" days will help you stay connected and engaged as a team, occurring once every fortnight in the in 188 Collins Street, Hobart.
