**The Role**
This is an entry level role working within our busy property management team at our Ivanhoe office. You will be responsible for carrying out the inspections for our rental properties. This includes condition reports, open for inspections, private inspections and routine inspections. This hands on role will see you further develop your customer service skills to ensure good client rapport and the smooth running and growth of the portfolio, and ultimately a stepping stone into managing your own portfolio in time. This position requires you to have a self driven personality with a mature approach, highly organised, well spoken and well presented.

This role is fulltime Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with rotating 1 in 6 Saturdays (with time in lieu).

**What you'll need**
- Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle.
- A clear and current police check
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Commitment to learn and work well within our busy team
- A positive, can do attitude
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
