Right now, we’re seeking an Information Management Analyst who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. **About the role**

As the Information Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation of intelligent information management software as part of the Intelligent Information Management project for the TAC.

**What we’re looking for**

**Information Management system experience**

Demonstrated experience in the implementation, training, and ongoing management of intelligent information management software or electronic document and records management systems (EDRMSs).

***Demonstrated records and information management knowledge and experience**

Experience, knowledge and understanding of Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) recordkeeping standards and instruments such as Retention and Disposal Authorities and classification schemes is essential.

**Stakeholder engagement**

Proven experience in the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally and external to the organisation, as well as experience in the development and delivery of systems training and coaching.
