One of the most successful Strata Management Companies in Southern Sydney is seeking an Assistant Strata Administrator to temporarily join their dynamic team. This is a fabulous opportunity for a driven, motivated and professional person to join a new company and work with the best in the business.

This role would suit a property manager or real estate administrator who wants to try something different... Or even a strong administrator

Situated in centrally located offices - you will work with a team of dedicated and professional Strata Managers in a fun, friendly and dynamic culture. With a great reputation in the marketplace and a reputation for training and retaining their staff, this is the agency to join

**The Role**
In this role you will be supporting the Strata Management Team with general admin and the admin in their portfolios

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support the Senior Strata Managers with all admin tasks
- Admin support, organizing invoices, arranging meetings following up on insurance
- Compliance management & updating CRM system
- Prepare and update meeting records and documents using a digital document transaction system
- Enquiry management
- Ad-Hoc Admin tasks

**Skills & Experience**

You are not required to have any strata experience however we are looking for

Previous Administration or Property Management experience

Certificate of Registration - Assistant Agent

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Strong computer skills & Attention to Detail

Willingness to learn about the strata industry
