**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will lead a team of two Visual Merchandising Managers, responsible for Instore and Windows, and their respective teams. You will inspire your team with your passion and experiential flare, leading them to bring our merchandise to life and create a magical shopping experience for our customers.

You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to manage all events held instore. Leveraging your creative vision, and attention to detail, to create an experience _Like No Other_ for all involved.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, inspire and coach a diverse team of passionate Visual Merchanding professionals to create experiences that inspire _Like No Other_
- Create meaningful and collaborative partnerships with the wider team, as well as all brand & concession partners
- Plan and implement eye-catching displays in line with best practice Visual Merchandising
- Regularly walk the floor to spot opportunities to further develop our visual impact and instore experience
- Develop, plan and provide resources for all special events
- Manage the budget for the purchase of Visual Merchandising requirements

**Qualifications**
- Hold a Visual Merchandising Diploma/Certificate or similar qualification
