About the Role
The Project Development Coordinator is required to provide high level advice and undertake work related to the management and administration of medium scale, complex projects, while ensuring they are completed within the project management methodology conducted by the Queensland Centre for Mental Health Learning (Learning Centre).
The Queensland Centre for Mental Health Learning (Learning Centre) is a Queensland Health based training provider offering a range of core mental health, alcohol and other drugs education programs for mental health professionals.
Through our training courses, we aim to initially provide practical foundational knowledge for professionals who work with clients that experience mental health problems. In addition, we provide intermediate and advanced-level knowledge and specific skills that focus on consumer safety and mental health recovery plus clinical supervision skills.
About you
- demonstrated knowledge and ability to provide high level support to achieve successful outcomes in complex projects across a broad range of initiatives
- demonstrated ability to develop, promote, implement and evaluate new, innovative and creative approaches to address complex problems and issues
- demonstrated ability to support the development, implementation and management of organisational change ad organisational effectiveness initiatives
- demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including advice, consultation, facilitation and negotiation with a variety of stakeholders
- demonstrated ability to actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
