**About the role at ING**

This role requires a digital thought leader who is passionate about defining and delivering differentiated customer experiences across ING Banks digital channels. This role will be responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives, takes a lead role in defining and executing the digital experience strategy across our different platforms.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Hypothesis Development - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals

- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
