Our business is growing rapidly, which has created an opportunity for experienced Program Manager to join us on our transformation and growth journey.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivery and performance of all assigned Programs of works associated with benchmark projects at SXiQ, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained at all times.
- Execution of agreed programs of works, assisting in the further scoping and delivery of any possible additional works that may arise within that Program.
- Ensuring all governing documentation is maintained and administered throughout the course of the program of works, ensuring a high quality of service is upheld at all times.
- Holds full responsibility and accountability for the customer satisfaction and successful execution of the assigned program of works and the PM will be required to “do what it takes” to ensure the project is delivered as expected.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in Program Management where program deadlines were met and customer satisfaction targets achieved
- Ability and experience in driving separate streams of activity as part of a large and complex program of works.
- Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles
- Leadership skills, demonstrated capability of leading and motivating technical teams
- Experience in developing and following program plans
- Ability to work under pressure to meet quality and productivity goals
- Ability to strongly and confidently communicate at C-level and senior management levels
- Excellent negotiation and people skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Analytic capability
- Knowledge of procedure development, OHS, and best practices
- Self-motivated, pro-active and goal oriented
- High level of administrative skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Desirable:

- In-depth Technical knowledge with the ability to lead projects and a team of technical professionals
- A good understanding of current IT on-premise and Cloud infrastructure technologies, Operating Systems, Application software and peripherals
- IT Business Degree or relevant experience
- Qualification in a Project Management Methodology i.e.: Prince 2, PMI
- IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation Certification
